Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.We invite applications for the position of Senior Executive. The incumbent shall provide technical excellence across multiple laboratories in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative/technical support for all laboratory users.Operate laboratory equipment and carry out periodic maintenance.Procurement for laboratory teaching and research labs.Asset management and maintaining proper records for inventory auditing.Support all assigned laboratory teaching classes.Work with a team as System Administrator for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based PCs and servers.Risk management, workplace safety and health.Support the Safety Committee in driving safety initiatives in the school.Perform any other duties as assigned by the school.Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical and Electronic or related engineering discipline.Knowledge of GPU servers, Linux/CentOS administration is a plus.Experience in risk management, workplace safety and health (i.e. ISO 45001) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hiring Institution: NTU
