Claim processing including data entry and assessment.
To attend MOM and any work injury related meeting.
To conduct investigation as necessary.
To negotiate settlement with claimants and/or solicitors.
To provide administrative support to prepare monthly statistics and report.
To manage telephone enquiries and complaints and attend to walk-in-claimants.
To provide claims handling service to clients and business partners.
To be the liaison with any authority as required under the scope

Requirement:
Claim handling experience: 5 years and above.
Experience with WIC claims in an insurance company setting will be an added advantage.
Customer centric, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work independently and as a team.
Good negotiation skills.
Certificate in Health Insurance, Commercial General insurance, Personal General Insurance is a must
Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the English and Mandarin Speaking Associates and also, to negotiate settlement with English and Mandarin speaking solicitors.
