The specific responsibilities include:

  • Initiate, organise and run events (such as information sessions) locally, as well as internationally (as and when required) to convert inquiries into applications
  • Address enquiries and initiate efforts to nurture prospects into applicants
  • Advise potential applicants on the choice of programme, and cross-sell other graduate programmes when the opportunity arises
The incumbent will also work closely with the Manager and Head of Marketing & Admissions to:
  • Formulate the marketing and recruitment plan for The NUS MBA to achieve recruitment goals, which are measured by size of intake, quality and diversity
  • Create awareness and generate leads for The NUS MBA through advertising, events, online channels, forums, blogs, etc.
  • Produce marketing collaterals, ranging from website, brochures, advertisements, PR to communicate the transformational impact of the MBA
  • Track and analyse results from marketing activities and campaigns, so as to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from programme management, career services, alumni department, corporate communications, etc to channel support towards programme marketing and recruitment goals
  • Develop partnerships in target markets with companies, prep centres, higher education media companies, etc to promote the programme
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 5 years work experience. Previous experience in service-related marketing positions on an international scale would be an advantage.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and culturally adaptable
  • Good presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Good project management and events management expertise
  • Digital and marketing savvy. Able to analyze ROI of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Commitment and interest in student recruitment
  • Creative and willing to take initiative
  • A team player and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel 30% of the time
(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate\'s experience)
