Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increases, promotions and bonus payments
Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review) as assigned by the Manager
Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
Apply data analytics to provide insightful reporting in addressing current challenges and facilitating people decisions
Systems
Drive the strategic review and implementation of HR systems through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Review and streamline existing HR work processes and manage end-to-end cycle of system changes/enhancements to maximise data accuracy and work efficiency
Act as the primary point of contact for HR system maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and troubleshooting of technical problems/deficiencies) and provide education to end-users including developing and maintaining training materials for the HR systems
Perform regular data audits and validation in supporting data integrity and security.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
Preferably minimum 4 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits, prior experience in HRIS (e.g. frontier ehr software) maintenance and enhancement would be advantageous
Highly analytical and meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, Power BI and AI knowledge would be desirable
A resourceful team player with excellent project management, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context
