The Digital Platforms team manages CapitaStar, CapitaStar@Work, CapitaStar for Business, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard programmes which encompass CRM, payment and lifestyle services. CapitaStar is Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s largest multi-mall rewards programme that has grown to encompass office properties. It currently supports more than 3,200 retail tenants across 29 participating CapitaLand properties (23 malls and 6 offices) and serves more than 1.4 million members in Singapore. The CapitaStar platform is the main digital enabler across CapitaLand Group\xe2\x80\x99s ecosystem with a key purpose of uplifting the properties via digital transformation as well as operationalising and scaling innovation initiatives. The main purpose of this team is to facilitate seamless omni-channel touchpoints for end consumers, drive tenant sales and enrich their experiences for both our retail and workspace community as well as enhance business capabilities and opportunities for our network of tenants, partners, and customers.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to perform the day-to-day activities within the Digital Operations function under Digital Platforms to define and drive initiatives that support CapitaLand Retail & Workspace business.

The incumbent will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and contribute towards new concepts in the retail, workspace and rewards space. The ability to understand both business and technical aspects, and proven execution skills are important aspects of the role, along with exceptional communication skills. The role is suitable for someone who is self-motivated, passionate about continuous improvement, has perseverance in solving problems, and with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best in class digital operations across digital marketing planning, tracking, campaign management and reporting, in line with expectations, providing feedback and advice on how to achieve the best performance and results
  • Support CapitaLand business units in ensuring that we have best in class digital marketing campaign roll outs, data capture, organization, and activation using our digital platforms products
  • Uphold a seamless and efficient way of working between CapitaLand business units and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams such as Platform Marketing, Merchant Success, Customer Experience, Business Development and Product team
  • Measure campaign performance against forecasts, optimizing results for continued improvement and provide new ideas, solutions and sharing of effective campaign strategies
  • Continual assessment and development of best practices and approaches to optimization, digital campaign management and business process improvement
  • Understand and utilize relevant data and analytics to gain insights on campaign performance
Qualifications and Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in either ad / campaigns operations or in CRM / eCommerce related fields
  • Experience managing several stakeholder relationships across suppliers, internal and customers
  • Strong operational experience
  • Knowledge of analytical methodologies and tactics for optimizing Data Driven Marketing campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc.)
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Conduct descriptive and quantitative analysis to validate hypothesis and support decision-making
  • Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities
  • Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns
