This role within our newly formed Digital Event team will allow you the chance to present live, plan and execute digital/ virtual experiences which include one-to-one engagements, live streaming, and projects which combine different types of engagement of varying scale. Within 1 month, you will: . Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes a deep dive into our teams and culture . Get to know the rest of the team who like to refer to themselves as 'Many Crazy Individuals' . Be injected into project teams at various planning and execution stage and learn the different elements in producing a virtual event Within 3 months, you will: . Be assigned to work a project from the start to the end . Manage your area of responsibility within a 'complex' project with close guidance from your team lead Within 6 months, you will: . Have a comprehensive understanding of what makes the gears turn in different types of virtual events . Develop your own ideas and start experimenting with the team to implement them on shows and planning process. Within 12 months, you will: . Have planned and delivered world-class virtual engagements with your mark and stamp . Take the lead on complex projects Identify areas for improvement and bring them to the table THE WORK . Plan and execute virtual experiences . Coordinate the logistics, production timeline and speaker schedules . Set, communicate, maintain timelines and priorities on every single project through timeframes, status reporting, emails etc. . Manage event communications, registration, and reporting . Take the lead in events - presenting provided materials, acting as an emcee, opening an event, and introducing speakers . Participating in event debriefs, gathering client feedback and proactively and accurately transmit relevant information . Final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled, THE CONNECTION . The Events Executive reports to the Director of Corporate Division . The Events Executive works in direct contact with the client, reporting, consulting and communicating in order to ensure that the client is aware and satisfied of the progress . The Events Executive works in direct contact with the suppliers, negotiating, supervising and working in close collaboration to ensure the success of the event. GOOD TO HAVE . Being technologically savvy and comfortable with using new tools or software will be highly advantageous . Good level of project management,organisational and time management skills . Excellent written and oral communication skills . Excellent eye for details . Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines . Prior experience with live streaming, virtual events will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite . Candidates with more experience will be considered at Senior Executive level. THE MUST HAVE . Effectively billingual in English & Vietnamese (both written and spoken) . Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace Looking for Native Vietnamese speaking candidates Proficiency is required for all languages in which a service will be delivered (written and spoken) with language proficiency test.
