You will continue to expand your knowledge and experience in marketing and transacting Group Employee Benefits insurances for clients of all industries and across the region. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales/Securing of new business Identify new prospects, leads and pipelines Propose the most suitable insurance solution to clients Onboarding new clients including placement Devise and deliver employee communication plan Assist in claims where required Identify cross-selling opportunities with other divisions Engage in marketing activities Promote good team spirit and co-operation OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE: Enjoy networking and marketing activities Confident with strong influencing ability Resilient and able to manage stress Good time management skills Business-focused: able to manage deadlines, sales targets, budget and growth Able to build relationships across all levels Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity (candidates with prior experience as a client-facing broker will also be considered) A recognized degree in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualifications Good working knowledge of employee benefits products Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written English YOUR BENEFITS AND SALARY: Commensurate with qualification and experience Working in a collaborative environment with excellent learning opportunities DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR JOB APPLICANTS This Data Protection Notice ('Notice') sets out the basis upon which Howden Insurance Brokers (S.)
