REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial audit, investment banking, or a related field.
CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus. * Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and investment analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience in negotiating financing agreements and managing relationships with financial institutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
• Preferable XY gene

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: SGD 4,000 to SGD5,500
Benefit: Will be disclosed by client
Working Days: 5 days\' work week
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday-Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in conducting cash flow analysis to support the optimization of the company\xe2\x80\x99s liquidity.
• Support in liaising with banks, financial institutions, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Assist the Group CFO in monitoring and evaluating the group\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of subsidiaries.
• Analyze capital budgeting proposals and participate in preliminary investment discussions.
• Support the evaluation of M&A and fundraising opportunities, and assist in due diligence processes.
• Assist in the implementation of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash, and credit management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate finance landscape.
• Work on special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by the Group CFO.
