WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? * Prepare and submit weekly financials forecast * Prepare and manage monthly closing for FM's (Air, Ocean, Ground) all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems * Mon WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO Prepare and submit weekly financials forecast Prepare and manage monthly closing for FM's (Air, Ocean, Ground) all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems Monthly review FM's (Air, Ocean, Ground) EBITDA/P&L to analyze financial risks and to develop the cost saving target Ensure Interco SOA has been kept track/resolve and manage properly to avoid the mismatch on monthly basis Involve in the monthly business analysis, understand & fully support the monthly FM customer reporting To manage Freight related balance sheet control (Dossier accruals, rebate tracker etc) Support and provide the financial insight to Business Partner (Air, Ocean, Ground) relating to KPI performance, variance analysis etc Managing Qlikview system and to generate business insight report when it's required Work Closely with the Business partner for budget, forecast and outlook requirements Key stakeholders for Internal audit and compliance control Any other tasks as assigned WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Commercial acumen with a sense of urgency. Superiod MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills are essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Possesses an eye for details and sensitive to numbers. Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to manage across all levels and disciplines of the organization. Preferably, logistics / transportation industry experience.
