They are looking for: Finance Manager OR Senior Finance Manager Job Scope: Merger and Acquisition duties Overseeing cash flow reports and monitoring of company's banking activities to conduct projections. Review the budget and expenditure reports to ensure accountability of expenditures and accruals. Oversee the month-end closing process through Journal processing, departmental accruals, GST returns and monthly reconciliations. Assist with the Deposit Refunds verification process Assist with the Deferred Revenue Computation for month-end closing Responsible for group consolidation and financial/management reporting functions. Liaising with auditors and oversee the audit completion.
