The Company
My client is a leading player in the Trading industry - keen to hire a results-oriented and meticulous Finance talent to oversee full spectrum of Finance portfolio for the region including group consolidation.Requirements
- Degree in Accounting
- Must have experience in Group Financial Reporting and Consolidation, ideally with corporate tax computation (deferred tax) and management reporting
- Well-versed with latest accounting standards especially on Leasing
- Strong in Excel
- Traits: Patient, nurturing, results-oriented, mature, systematic
- JSOX experience can be helpful, otherwise good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Reporting to the Country GM, this position will be responsible in overseeing the full spectrum of finance & accounting matters, including financial and management reporting, group consolidation, audit, taxation (deferred tax, GTP incentives), budgeting, forecasting, and treasury. You will provide accounting support to the group of companies and work with external auditors and relevant advisors in the course of your work. You will also perform financing planning, cashflow management and maintain good relationships with banks on trade financing matters. You will ensure compliance with company and statutory standards and policies and ensure good internal control & corporate governance.Apply Today
