Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced Senior Finance Manager for our development project(s) in Singapore. The role will be supporting Development Director to manage partner/investor relationships from a financial and commercial perspective

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Perform the role of Asset/Development Manager including managing strong relationships with Joint Operating Committee, Joint Venture Partner & JV Finance leads, valuation, financial reporting, treasury, and corporate secretarial activities in relation to the JV entity or trust.
• Review and maintain the financial models post successful acquisition to monitor financial returns (including IRR) for reporting and presentation to internal and external stakeholders and unitholders/partners
• Support overall Project level modelling as required for commercial assessment. Scenario and sensitivity analysis on commercial opportunities and risks.
• Oversee the preparation of reporting packs for presentation at SPV\xe2\x80\x99s board, internal and external meetings.
• Manage budgets within the Total Project Cost together with the respective asset development managers
• Deliver input for all relevant key reporting documents for internal and external approval processes, including project control/ review reports, Investment Committee papers etc. for both Lendlease and external parties.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance and reporting.
• Oversee equity call and debt drawdown process
• Monitoring of compliance with loan covenants
• Review and monitor the computation and collection of various fee streams across projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of budget plans, including profit, overhead and cashflow forecasting.
• Oversee monthly management reports, including profit and cashflow forecasting, and financial presentations for management information and use.
• Support new business opportunities and providing financial analysis to support commercial decision making.

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications which may include CA or CPA qualifications
• Familiarity with active development of asset classes (office, retail, residential) through the whole life cycle preferable but not crucial.
• Ability to manage teams
• Advanced financial modelling
