Principal Responsibilities Being a Business Partner for Global Platforms working closely with and support business to achieve tactical and strategic targets Lead Establishing Platforms structural design, performance measurement and costing Lead monthly performance meetings Lead monthly forecast process, reviews and challenge the data as well as provide commentary Detailed analysis and interpretation of financial results, providing value added commentaries Drive communications and coordination of cross team working Work closely with Finance to provide the core information needed Drive business performance to make sound business decision making by providing insightful business performance analytics, highlighting risks and opportunities, and providing strong commercial finance support Lead digitalisation and data enhancement as part of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and Finance On the Cloud (FOTC) implementation Design and implementation of value adding analysis. Monitor, own and actively manage resolution of risks, issues and dependenciesRequirements Experience in a varied finance career across multiple finance disciplines, such as Financial Accounting and Control, Business Information and Analysis, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, or other similar disciplines Exceptional drive and commitment Strong management information background, both in terms of required content, production processes and understanding what drives the numbers being reported Ability to work and thrive in a fast changing, results driven environment Ability to highlight problems but more importantly offer solutions. Able to adapt to change, anticipate issues and resolve problems in a timely manner Experience in business partnering and digitalisation are preferredPreferred Skills CPA, CA, CFA, and/or MBA, a plus Prior experience in the implementation of MI dashboards or customer analytics, using Business Intelligence tools such as Qliksense, SAS VA, Power BI, or Tableau Solid working experience and knowledge in data analytics including programming language- Python, in particular. Good understanding on database (e.g. SQL), data infrastructure, data quality and controls Can demonstrate strong project discipline, planning and collaboration skills with minimal supervision
