Our client is a well established sustainable real assets fund that manages US$8bn gross development value of assets across the globe.

Description

• Review the monthly schedules and reconciliations, quarterly reporting pack, journals, and payment approvals
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, required audit filings, tax filings, business activity reports for management and external stakeholders
• Monitor company\'s cash flow and cash position, prepare cash management plan
• Analyse and appraise the financial performance and position of the group of entities
• Accounts payable, invoicing and accounts receivable and debt management
• Responsible for full sets of accounts, monthly reporting, tax computation and compliance
• Setting up and monitoring cost accounting and report for projects in various stages of development and construction
• Preparation, oversight and quality control of management accounts
• Ensuring an environment of strong financial control
• Liaison with external advisors, particularly auditor, tax and legal
• Assist in internal & external audit. Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings. Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings
• Support CFO in KYC and due diligence processes
• Support CFO in evaluating the effectiveness of the organisation\'s financial system and determine any areas of improvement

Profile

• Minimum 6 years\' work experience, ideally started the career in a Big 4, followed by a corporate company (real estate sector is advantageous)
• Chartered Accountant with an excellent degree in accountancy or a finance discipline
• Proficient working in Excel and MS Office
• Accounting package experience
• High numeracy skills
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to take responsibility and work with limited supervision
• Strong communication and personal skills
• a self-starter who is pro-active, solution-oriented and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
