Job Description

• Adecco is partnering with an Tech Co. (Cloud services, security, and IT infrastructure solutions provider). We are looking for a finance professional with strong business acumen and leadership background to join the team.
• As a right-hand man to the Head of Finance. You will be leading the Singapore finance team, and oversee end-to-end accounting and financial matters for the business entity.

Main duties & and responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to drive organizational growth and profitability.
• Direct and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statement preparation, maintaining stringent adherence to regulatory standards.
• Strategically manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital efficiency to support operational needs and financial stability.
• Risk Management and Compliance. Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust compliance with regulatory controls and internal policies.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization. Conduct rigorous variance and trend analyses to evaluate operational performance.
• Deliver concise and insightful financial insights, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and efficiency by leading initiatives to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and optimize organizational effectiveness.

The Talent

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance, candidates with CMA / CPA / CA is a plus.
• More than 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience and supervisory exposure.
• Possesses experience in using SAP and good with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLookUp, etc.)
• Strong sense of business acumen in partnering with business stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
