As they continue to streamline their operations towards achieving efficiencies, there is now an opportunity for a manufacturing finance professional to join them. Role Working with the VP, Global Manufacturing Operations, Site Manufacturing Heads as well as other senior stakeholders within the manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for the overall financial controlling, forecasting and budgeting, variance/cost analysis, product costing activities, internal controls and compliance, as well as driving efficiency improvements across the manufacturing organization. Requirements With a minimum of 12 years' experience in manufacturing operations finance, you are extremely fluent in standard cost process and variances, process efficiency, ideally in a high-mix equipment manufacturing environment. You have a keen growth and learning mindset, constantly on the prowl for continuous improvement possibilities. Coupled with strong analytical skills and business acumen, you work extremely well across multi-disciplinary functions and colleagues, scattered all over the globe. You possess good communication skills and can effectively engage senior stakeholders. Working SAP knowledge is highly advantageous.
