• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
