Senior Floral Stylist

Leading the growth & development of the production & creative department. Quality controlled for all products and services. Enforce systems, policies and procedures for Production that is implemented by the management. Manage costing / profit margin for production department. Enforce SOPs for an efficient operation and maximum productivity. Take charge of production’s procurement for daily, weekly and event services. Develop and manage the retail image with latest ideas and set up in line with company’s branding. Deliver involvement & advices for project proposals and quotations. To initiate in coming up with and proposing ways to improve the business, that is timely for the growth of the company. Work closely with Sales and Marketing department to build and manage marketing calendar and new products. To provide monthly feedback and presentation for all the departments regarding performance, updates, and results of existing and future projects.
