Supervise and coordinate site activities including diaphragm wall, bored pile.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Manage and mentor site workers and junior foremen.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in civil and foundation works.
Proven leadership in large-scale projects including public housing developments and highway infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of diaphragm wall works, grouting, bore piling, pile cap construction, and site safety protocols.
