Lead and supervise construction workers / sub-contractor on-site.
Make sure work is done safely, on time, and correctly.
Plan daily tasks and coordinate with other teams.
Enforce safety rules and solve problems.
Manage resources (workers, equipment, materials).
Communicate with project managers and subcontractors.
Any other adhoc assignments as assign by the immediate Superior, Project Manager and/or Project Director
5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a supervisor.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
