Job ResponsibilitiesTo 'Improve Lives and Impact Community' - The Senior Fundraising Executive brings in much needed resources to do the work we do and advocates for community we serve. Your core duty includes fundraising management and to support Yong-en's events and functions as part of the Community Relations team:

• Create awareness of Yong-en Care Centre (YCC) beneficiaries and needs
• Execute fundraising campaigns and projects in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build relationships with existing donors and seek out prospective donors
• Design impactful and positive engagement with donors, donor appreciation
• Steward all donations and gifts as intended by donors, and report on the impact.
• Work closely, internally on the acknowledgement and management of Donors and gifts
• Prepare relevant materials and collaterals for donor outreach
• Manage donor database, prepare data analysis reports
• Apply for and prepare proposals for grants

• Bachelors' degree with at least 3 years of fundraising, marketing, volunteering related work experience;
