Senior General Manager
Job Description
Leads and develops with operation responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves its business objective.
Apply strategic thinking and people management skills to manage key business relationship.
Manage the Sales of dairy and cheese products in SE Asia.
Secure alignment & support of business development initatives among the cross functional groups.
Provide monthly report, sales forecast and budget report.
Assist in other areas or perform duties that are required.
Job requirement
Bachelor degree in food science or business or related technical industry.*
At least 10 years experience in dairy and cheese products industries.*
Experience and ability in selling value added products.*
Strong knowledge of dairy and cheese products.*
Proven ability to meet demanding timeline and achieve target.*
Self motivated and high level of commitment.*
Define strategic plans to expand current business.*
Collaborate with business Heads to indentify area of technical and business management development.*
