Job Description

We are searching for a Brand Designer to join our dynamic team to create engaging and on-brand graphics, contributing to the design and development of software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, campaigns and themes.
• Develop and refine brand guidelines, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, design all marketing collaterals and social media communication materials, including but not limited to website design.
• Develop mock-ups of design if necessary.
• Develop ideas and strategies that demonstrate insight and innovation in addressing business opportunities and challenges.
• Design and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, e-newsletter, social media and display advertising. campaigns to increase traffic
• Design brand asset templates such as advertisements, brochures, and website elements that align with the brand\'s identity.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Graphic Designer or similar role in FinTech Industry.
• Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including brand identity projects.
