What you will be Responsible for:

• NPI(New Product Introduction) Hardware Test Lead
• Dive deep into the schematics and product functionality/new features to develop a comprehensive test coverage and cost effective test solutions for our new products
• Formulate test plan for the new products
• Lead/Drive cross-functional teams to deliver stable test solutions for our new products
• Troubleshoot, root-cause and getting corrective actions implemented on defects during Prototype builds
• Investigate product defects from the field/customer

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• More than 5 years in related experience. Engineering roles with design background is an advantage
• Experience in eMMC, DDR, Oscillator, IBC, power supply qualification
• Strong fundamentals in electronics engineering with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of circuit analysis and component characteristics.
• Familiar with lab equipment (e.g., high speed oscilloscope etc.)
• Self-motivated individual, results oriented and strong follow through skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Must be a team player with ability to participate in a global, cross-functional teams
