Job Description
:
- Leading the barista team in a new USA-brand bakery + cafe
- Preparing and brewing all types of coffees and beverages to a high standard of taste and quality
- Liaise with coffee roasters and management team to ensure smooth barista operations
- Train, guide and set standards for the Barista team
- Develop and plan new and seasonal products
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards
- Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of specialty coffee and related products
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service
