Senior / Health Policy Analyst (foreign Workforce & Productivity)
Job Description
What the role is
You will be part of a dynamic team looking to ensure sufficient access and optimal distribution of foreign manpower across the healthcare sector. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on
You will review and conceptualise foreign manpower policies for the acute hospitals and the community care sector. You will also be seeing through the successful implementation of these policies and regularly work with different internal and external agencies to achieve these objectives.
What we are looking for
• Strong analytical skills, with good writing and communication skills.
• Meticulous, with a systematic approach to problem solving.
• Team player who appreciates different perspectives
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience in policy implementation and project management will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape will be an advantage.
• As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
