We are partnering with a design consultancy widely recognised for its refined, hospitality-driven interiors across hotels, resorts, and high-end F&B destinations. The studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for a designer with 7-12 years of experience who is confident in both concept development and technical execution, and who thrives in creating immersive, narrative-led hospitality spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualisation and development of hospitality interiors, including guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, lounges, and wellness areas
- Create mood boards, design narratives, and presentation decks that articulate a strong design vision
- Develop detailed drawings, documentation, and FF&E specifications from concept through tender and construction
- Present concepts to clients and stakeholders, communicating design intent clearly and confidently
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure cohesive delivery
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to uphold design integrity
- Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve issues as needed
- Mentor junior designers and help maintain a collaborative studio environment
Key Requirements
- 7-12 years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio of hospitality projects
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with excellent spatial planning and material sensibility
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of operational, brand, and experiential requirements in hospitality design
- Effective communicator with confidence in client and stakeholder presentations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage design packages through multiple project stages
- Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs
