Job Description

We are partnering with a boutique design practice renowned for its refined, contemporary approach to hospitality environments. With several new projects entering the pipeline, the studio is seeking a Senior Hospitality Designer to join its Singapore team and help drive the creative and technical delivery of upcoming work.
This role suits an accomplished designer with 7-12 years of experience who can balance concept creation, detailed design, client engagement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of hospitality-driven interiors including hotels, resorts, F&B venues, wellness, and lifestyle spaces
- Develop compelling concept narratives, mood boards, and spatial strategies that align with project vision and brand intent
- Drive design development, producing detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation packages
- Present design concepts confidently to clients, stakeholders, and operators
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout all project phases
- Mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing design direction and technical guidance
- Review shop drawings, material selections, mock-ups, and site works to maintain design integrity
- Support senior leadership in shaping design standards and ensuring exceptional project outcomes
Key Requirements
- 7-12 years of professional interior design experience with a strong focus on hospitality projects
- Proven experience delivering high-end hotel, resort, F&B, or lifestyle environments
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a similar discipline
- Strong conceptual skills paired with solid technical proficiency and an eye for refinement and detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit familiarity is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to lead design phases autonomously while collaborating within a boutique studio environment
- Experience coordinating multiple consultants and managing project deliverables
- Ability to conduct site reviews and translate design intent into built reality
- Open to Singaporeans, PRs
