Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Senior HR Admin Executive/ Senior HR Generalist
- Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6 pm
- Salary: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Perform full spectrum of HR operations duties
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and administer compensation and benefits plan
- Coordinate training courses and programs for employees
- Assist in recruitment
- Perform application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Perform HR reporting required by Management
- Handle staff insurance claims
- Respond to government surveys
- Apply HR-related government grants
- Assist with general administrative functions of the Company
- At least Diploma in HR Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR operations
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act
- Able to use Timesoft is an added advantage
