Manage all aspect of site Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent to Communications, Benefits Administration, Performance Management and Learning & Development, etc. to ensure HR systems effectively meet the business needs, and are in compliance with local employment act and regulations.
Manage the administration of all Learning & Development programmes and initiatives, e.g. Training Needs Analysis, New Employee Orientation Programme (NEOP), Part-Time Course Sponsorship Programme, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, training grants administration, training records, etc.
Manage the ENGAGE Learning Management System on SAP Success Factor, providing guidance on online learning.
Manage and provide guidance on issues relating to all site Communication Strategies, e.g. corporate-driven materials (logos, templates, Mission, Vision & Values, Speak Up posters), regional newsletters, HR SharePoint, organizational announcements, organizational charts, townhall, skip levels, 4WINS, etc.
Manage all aspects of regulatory and standards audits to ensure compliance, e.g. ISO 9001 & 14000, AS9100D, etc.
Manage all aspects of Employee Relations matters and site events, e.g. People Committees under Social & Recreation Committee, Canteen Committee and related vendors, Shuttle Bus, Festive Gifts & Activities, Birthday gifts, Workplace Health Programmes, etc.
Support Diversity & Inclusion matters through the PWNET Asia group activities.
Engage employees at all levels by being attuned to ground sentiments and work with business partners to manage employees' issues through enhanced communications and partnering.
Support and provide guidance on the Employee Engagement & Voice of Customer Surveys (EES & VOC) processes to achieve high level of employee satisfaction and talent development.
Provide support to the HR team towards a high level of performance with a common vision.
Performs special assignments and projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience.
Experienced in leading a team and/or committees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Organized and able to multi-task.
Work experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
Knowledgeable in Singapore Employment Act preferred.
