Our client is one of the biggest payment solutions company, and they are also a pioneer players in the market. The organisation has undergone various changes at the senior leadership level in the last 2-3 years and is looking for a new Senior HR Business Partner to be part of their transformation journey. They have just moved into a bigger, nicer office recently and it is a fun working environment to be in.
You will report to the Head of Human Resources and work with the senior leadership team for one of the business units and be the go-to HR advisor in the aspects of talent management, performance management, employee engagement etc. You will need to build strong business relationships with the leaders to get their buy-in in new HR programs that would help drive the business growth. As the business is undergoing various changes, you will also work hand-in-hand with the Head of HR any other HR Business Partners in driving different HR programs that requires high change management experiences.
The Successful Applicant
If you have strong HR business partnering experience, and is comfortable with dealing directly with senior leaders, you will be the right candidate our client is looking for. Candidates that has handled change management projects are an added advantage.
