Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Senior HR Analyst & HRIS (APAC) position.
Responsibilities:
Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to HR practices, Employees Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Employees Turnover and Productivity.
Optimizing and implementing new data processes and HR systems
Compiling reports of data results for Management reporting
Playing a key role in the sourcing to delivery of a HRIS system for use across APAC offices
Assist in planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of the HRIS projects to meet agreed deliverables and scheduled time frames.
Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager as appropriate.
Acting as the primary person and first level contact between Country HR teams and the Project implementation team.
Working with the Country HR teams to obtain the data required to support the project(s).
Analyze \'country-operations\' and process and provide assistance, recommendations and suggestions to enhance business process from a system point of view.
Liaise with the IT-Team(s) for integration related matters to the various platforms.
Create training guide(s) for all internal users including HR admin based on \xe2\x80\x9ctrain the trainer\xe2\x80\x9d sessions.
Support post-system implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant working knowledge of human resource practices
Experience working on HRIS System and Project Implementation
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Familiar with end-to end HR operations and in-depth understanding of labour laws
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with employees and external contacts. Able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively.
Willing to be a hands-on person and support the growing organization.
Possess and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to achieving goals and delivering optimal results
