Our client is a leader in its industry, and is seeking a dynamic individual to join them a Senior Analyst (HR Tech)

The Opportunity The incumbent will work alongside HR and the business stakeholders to optimize current HR systems and processes, determine the appropriate HR tech tools; establish a roadmap for analytics and drive operational oversight for related support and project activities. HR has started digitalizing / digitizing since 2018; with most services on cloud-based solutions. You would be working alongside a team who is comfortable with tools/automation. The next phase is diving deeper to establish dashboard, reporting and analytics to uncover trends in the digital employee life cycle; build a robust discussion around problems/solutioning and bring about benefits to the workforce and the organization. This is an individual contributor role and will enjoy working with the larger team with an all-hands-on-deck mentality. Position level will commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound employee/cross-functional teams’ inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions in Workday and escalate issues
  • Oversee the development of process documentation, track process changes and drive documentation updates according to team lead directives
  • Partner with HR Business Team to provide tactical support for all data & payroll requests to ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy of data and HR system reporting.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery from the outsourced vendor in day-to-day BAU or project work.
  • Lead business requirements analysis for HR systems solutions and processes, considering risk management and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Facilitate organizational & process changes, collaborate with HR teams in providing communication, training, and execution on change-based projects.
  • Facilitate and support urgent issues escalation and resolution
  • Assists with preparation and compliance for internal and external audits.
  • Assists with training sessions for the HR community on related topics, such as services and updates
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; previous HR experience is a plus
  • Workday experience, Power BI / Tableau, process mapping skills are highly preferred.
  • Beneficial to have cross module knowledge and configuration in Workday – Core, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management. Security is a plus.
  • Business analysis, project and process management in the HRIS domain
  • A genuine interest in wanting to understand business through words and actions. Strong desire to business partnering by using data to identify the problem statement, tell a story and convert that to actionable dashboard/analytics to drive real business and people impact.
