T he Role Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you are expected to perform duties below, Lead Organization Culture Transformation by supporting global and local initiatives Develop and implement Training strategies and Programs to ensure continuous learning and upskilling for all employees Drive operation efficiencies by leading process improvement and system enhancement projects Ensure Compliance and relevance to HR policies and procedure Recruitment Management includes partnering with the recruiters to source talents for the organization and to manage the onboarding of the staff Support compensation and benefits programs, staff welfare initiatives, and employee relations and communications Support standard HR operations Your Profile You should have at least a Degree in Human Resources, with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the HR field. Prior experience in project management/implementation is highly preferred.
