*5 Days work week, 9am - 5.30pm *Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Sengkang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Boon Lay, ChineseGarden, Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tiong Bahru) *Japan MNC *Basic + Flexi Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus *Permanent Our client is a Japanese MNC who providing heavy machinery / vehicle for construction industry

• Support in Salary Benchmarking, Support HRA projects such as L&D
• Provide support in office administration such as book for hotel accommodation, flight ticket.
• Events and office equipment & office supplies management.
• Assist to review, develop and implement HR policies if any.
• Co-ordinate recruitment and selection process if any.
• Processing of attendance record, monthly payroll and payroll reports.
• Responsible for timely submission of CPF, Income tax to all relevant government entities.
• Processing of employment letter, work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
• Ensuring that Pfiles and creation of profile in HRIS system is updated for new employees
• Manage in all employee welfare activities.
• Maintain and update company\'s HR Handbook, policies and procedures.
• Prepare of Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo/ Announcements.
• Perform training administration duties such as maintaining training records, database and file keeping.
• Office administration jobs including purchasing of office stationeries.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
• 5 years experienced in Full spectrum of Human Resources.
