Responsibilities

Brand-in-charge to advise internal stakeholders on HR related issues
Act as the first point of contact for all employees for all HR related issues
Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.
Upkeep of HR related documentation for employees
Process payroll for assigned brand
Support the HR Manager for HRIS projects
Involve in other HR initiatives

Requirement

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 5 years of recruiting experience required (experience in F&B industry would be an added advantage)
Prior experience in HRIS roles is very advantageous
Good communication, interpersonal & influencing skills
Able to work independently and as a team
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
