Responsibilities
  • Brand-in-charge to advise internal stakeholders on HR related issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees for all HR related issues
  • Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.
  • Upkeep of HR related documentation for employees
  • Process payroll for assigned brand
  • Support the HR Manager for HRIS projects
  • Involve in other HR initiatives
Requirement
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience required (experience in F&B industry would be an added advantage)
  • Prior experience in HRIS roles is very advantageous
  • Good communication, interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Work location/environment
  • Buona Vista
  • 5 days per week
