Job Description
Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbf
- Handling full spectrum of HR functions including strategic Human resource development, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development.
- Handling Payroll by using infotech
- Develop HR policies and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth
- Conducting orientation for employees and training programs.
- Planning and implementation of HR projects or initiatives in accordance with company\xe2\x80\x99s values.\xef\xbb\xbf
- Conduct interviews and selection
- Handling On-boarding process for new employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR experience in Construction industry.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management
- Good knowledge of construction MOM guidelines and Employment Laws.
