Responsible for HR function in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing, and registration
Review training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts to determine completeness, adequacy and relevancy of training providers
Assist in payroll administration and processing, including checking/verification of staff Time Management Records, OT, allowance & claims inputs, etc, to ensure accuracy
Facilitate submission of government paid leave reimbursements/subsidies.\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Good interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills.\xef\xbb\xbf
