We are partnering with our client, a renowned company in the Engineering industry and they are looking for a HR Executive to assist the team in managing the company\'s HR functions. The incumbent will report to the Regional HR Manager and work within a team of 4.Responsibilities :Manage all recruitment activities including screening, remuneration package negotiation, making job offers, and on/offboardingExpat management including employee work pass application/renewal/cancellation, housing-related support, income tax declarationIn charge of monthly payroll for Singapore officeAssist in preparation of annual HR budgetSupport data preparation and data analysis for annual increments and bonusesManage employee benefits program to ensure market competitivenessSupport office administration tasks such as logistics arrangement of corporate meetings and exhibitionsAny other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements:Diploma holder / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.At least 3-5 years experience in Human Resources ManagementKnowledge in Singapore Employment act, MOM regulatory guidelines and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements.Proficient in Timesoft/SAP and Microsoft SuiteGood interpersonal and communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented and results driven and able to work independently.Immediate or short-notice candidate would have an advantageIf you are interested in this role, please click on Apply Now or send your updated CV to ORPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, thank you.JAC Recruitment Pte.
