Stay updated on Singapore\'s labour laws and regulations, ensuring payroll practices adhere to legal requirements
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and resolve payroll-related issues
Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll inquiries and matters
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies
Prepare reports for management, analysing payroll data and trends
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager specializing in payroll, preferably in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of Singapore\'s payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
