Job Responsibilities
Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies
Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives
Drive people engagement, build morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity and retention. Performance and Development
Partner with leaders for identification of successors and talents for business-critical roles and organization\'s talent profiles
Facilitate performance moderation and discussions with leadership
Lead in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters and develop a positive working relationship with the union
Guide senior leaders and HR team members in handling complex performance and disciplinary matters
Lead and undertake complex investigations when required, collaborating with legal and other teams as necessary
Guide peers and team members in conflict resolutions and grievance handling processes
Facilitate negotiation, conflict resolution, and grievance meetings with stakeholders to achieve mutually agreed outcomes
Job Requirement:
Min 15 years of related HR experience
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business / HR Management
