We are partnering with our client, a global leader in the field of Luxury Goods, to hire a Senior Regional HR Manager (SEA), based in Singapore.We are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist, with strong business partnering skills and a first managerial experience.How will you make an impact?

• Build on the Company vision for people, leading key HR objectives and guiding their people plan and results in an accelerating, competitive region (SEA)

• Partner with business leaders and take the lead on core HR topics e.g., employee relations (ER), talent, rewards, performance, learning, leadership development.

• Ensure each of the Company markets, functions, and boutiques is empowered with localized solutions and agile HR advisory, building a culture of care with high touch engagement.

• Align with the Group CoEs, business stakeholders and APAC/global HR contacts to ensure excellence in employee experience and a future-ready organization.

Key requirements

• You are highly adaptable and open-minded, with 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing HR topics, ideally in a fast-paced matrixed environment, able to influence and connect with multiple levels of the organization and staff from boutique to office.

• Passionate about people, with a high-level of emotional intelligence, a growth-oriented mindset and a solutions-based approach. You will be an ambassador for the Brand, building relationships and ensuring candidate and employee experience is aligned to the Brand values.

• Clear communicator and team player able to navigate a range of cultures and markets.

• Fluency in English, Mandarin/Thai/Malay will be a plus.

• Very collaborative, independent with a passion for people development and building a culture of care alongside performance.
