Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.Description

• Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
• Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
• Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
• Overseeing the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
• Plans & negotiate with Union on Collective Agreement matters
• Key driver in planning & implementing activities such as Total Quality Control (TQC) & 5S to continuously build & maintain company best practices.
• Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Requirements

• University Degree in Human Resources
• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a Managerial role
• Experience in working in a MNC organization.
• Proven ability in managing HR operations, HR partnering and employee relations
• Strong project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
