Experience in engineering, manufacturing background is a MUST
Good understanding of industrial relations and good track record in working with union.
Provide guidance and input to line managers on key people processes such as workforce/ succession planning, talent management, performance management, C&B,employee relations and strategic development.
Work closely with business units to deliver HR initiatives and to provide HR operational support.
Work closely with HR Services COE to provide operation support in managing full employee life cycle, especially for foreign workers including those under sub-contractors.
Work closely with Operation departments and manpower agents in the recruitment and management of pipeline for workforce with specialized skills/ trades.
Use quantitative/qualitative data to provide a regular predictive analysis for business leaders and Talent Acquisition COE in anticipation of future requirements.
Review HR policies and lead HR improvement projects to achieve optimal efficiency.
Educate and advise stakeholders on industry trends, current practices, new developments, and up to date employment regulations/ applicable laws to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years HRBP experience in a fast pace, manufacturing environment. Preference will be given to those from Aerospace MRO environment.
Good knowledge of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
Hands-on yet able to delegate and ensure delivery by the individual team members.
Good understanding of industrial relations and good track record in working with union.
Strong communication skills and able to relate and interact at all levels of the organization.
Resourceful and proactive with strong planning ability and able to multi-task.
