Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computing or relevant degree
• At least 10 \xe2\x80\x93 12 years of HRIS experience or system enhancement roles
• Proficient in SAP \xe2\x80\x93 Successfactors, with End to End implementation experience and Success Factors modular upgrades
• Strong people management, leadership, communication and analytical skills
