You\'re part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions.We are looking for Senior HRS specialist to make an impact!What will you do?The Specialist will provide day-to-day operational support for employee life cycle events, and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and standardization of HR services delivery as well as applies knowledge of HR practices, policies and processes to operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage end to end on-/off-boarding set up for employees, employment contract as well as employee benefits, government filings and surveys
• Consolidate monthly payroll instructions and perform payroll checks; tax filing check, support payroll audits and related reporting as payroll SME
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams such as global and regional HR, Finance, legal, Global Mobility in management of employee rewards (Share options, Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker etc.)
• Serves as primary operational contact and develop strong relationship with key stakeholders on enquiries regarding benefits, employee data, HR systems, information sources and payroll
• Evaluate and implement HR projects/programs and research methods to identify human capital inefficiencies, detect HR problems recommend solutions as well as develop HR strategies and models
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, standard letter templates, manage HR content on the intranet and tools as well as provide advice on HR policies and best practices
• Maintain an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency
• Maintain and expand working knowledge of current laws and regulations related to Human Resources that directly impact the organization and its compliance requirements
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• More than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 HR generalist experience, preferably with MNCs and exposure to centralized Hub. Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior role.
• Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal relation skills; strong attention to detail in composing and proofing communications & reports
• Proficient in MS Office for digital deployment, HRIS systems, data structures and extraction for statistical analysis, and reporting
• An agile, proactive, independent and meticulous individual with high analytical, process-oriented and problem-solving ability
• Ability to grasp human resources methods, practices and principles with strong payroll, taxation, and statutory knowledge
• Ability to interact with all levels in a highly performance-driven, dynamic, diverse and multicultural environment
• Ability to manages and prioritizes multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision; follows through tasks assigned and issues in a timely manner
