:Total Number of Openings 1Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Senior HSE Specialist located in Jurong Island, Singapore through 23 Aug 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Singapore Time).The Senior HSE Specialist is an individual contributor role.All interested applicants, please read the before submitting application.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:A SME (Subject Matter Expert) and OE (Operational Excellence) advisor for COW (Control Of Work) process and COW technical standards.Steward the COW, e-COW tool and Field Engagement Assurance (FEA) processes.Steward the JSRA (Job Safety & Risk Assessment) process and assure the quality of the JSRAs.Drive the use of HOP (Human & Organizational Performance) to inculcate a strong OE culture in the organization.Lead and facilitate Employee Safety Committee meetings and Plant Safety inspection programs.Engage workgroups working in the field in COW V&V (Verification & Validation) coaching.A SME and OE advisor for II&R (Incident Investigation & Reporting) process.Manage the Incident Investigation Register and II&R digital tool.Follow up closely with stakeholders in the timely closure of II&R action items.Track & Analyse COW & II&R metrics.Build COW, II&R & HOP fluency and competency in the organization.Required Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental), Engineering or a related discipline.8 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environmental or related discipline.Strong planning, facilitation and communications skills.Able to work independently and a team player.Registered WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) officer will be an added advantage.Familiar with Chevron OEMS (Operation Excellence Management System) will be an added advantage.Demonstrate "We Lead" behaviors.Relocation Options:Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.International Considerations:Selected candidate will work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
