About the Role

Our Client, a leader in delivering innovative energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about energy efficiency, project leadership, and client engagement in the HVAC domain.

Key Responsibilities

Engage clients in strategic discussions regarding their existing cooling systems and explore opportunities to enhance energy performance. Act as the go-to technical expert for both internal teams and external partners on HVAC-related energy efficiency matters. Conduct in-depth assessments of client facilities to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements. Develop preliminary design concepts and cost-effective upgrade strategies to support business development efforts. Collaborate with external engineering firms to ensure high standards in project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM vendors across the region. Oversee project implementation, ensuring coordination across teams and timely delivery. Support the professional growth of junior engineers through mentorship and training initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC engineering, particularly within the energy efficiency space. Proven knowledge of commercial and industrial cooling systems and their optimization. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with commercial goals. * Willingness to travel regionally as part of project and client support needs.
