Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To plan, execute, manage, control, and issue the I&C engineering deliverables of the assigned project within the defined technical requirements, schedule, cost and quality so as to deliver the project successfully.
• To independently define critical deliverables, plan, manage and deliver engineering deliverables required for the assigned project effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines, manage project and deal with all I&C related technical issues.
• Responsible for Instrument Technical specification, Field instruments datasheet, evaluation quotations and issue TBEs. Prepare I/O list, F&G C&E and Control Narratives, etc. Review of vendor documents including of System architecture, Panel GAD, Wiring diagram, HMI graphics, Modbus List, etc.
• Understand the design basis, project requirements including HSSE, scope, cost, schedule, quality requirements, client and class requirements and project execution philosophy
• Plan, lead and manage team resources by identifying the work/package assignment for each team member
• Plan, lead and manage the deliverables as per project requirements
• Direct and manage project work including issue of deliverables within schedule and quality
• Provide expertise on solving technical problems, monitor and control the project work by closely communicating with the team
• Issue As-Built and provide lessons learnt to the Department/Company
• Identify improvement opportunities and innovative ideas
• Closely coordinate with the team, inter- discipline communication, internal and external stake holders

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 12 years of relevant work experience
• Technical knowledge Project experience
• Manpower Planning, technical understanding of the scope and volume of work, understanding of project schedule
• FSO/FPSO experience
