Make an Impact by:

• Qualifying problem cases.
• Performing root cause analysis.
• Suggesting work around or permanent fix.
• Process related responsibilities (e.g. ISO).
• Perform audits and critical problem investigations as required by the organization.
• Leading a team of problem managers and analysts.
• Using analytics tools in making data driven decision making.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.
• At least 5 years\' experience in a problem management role for a major IT/Telco organization.
• CCNA or other equivalent certification.
• Data Visualisation/Analytics certifications (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Solid analytical thinking.
• Able to present analysis using various tools (e.g. MS Excel, Tableau or the likes).
• Problem Solving skillset (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Kepner & Tregoe certifications).
• ITILv3 certification or higher.
• Able to lead different stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
